Hello, I'm Teacher Robin, and I'm thrilled to be part of the IFA community! 

With an Elementary Education degree from West Chester University, I bring more than 6 years of experience in teaching. My teaching philosophy revolves around critical thinking, intuition, independence and fostering a love for learning in every student.  I'm dedicated to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment where students feel supported and inspired to reach their full potential.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy hiking, karaoke, and playing with my two cats.

Hello!  My name is Lucy.  I graduated with my degree in Environmental Studies in the spring of 2024 and have three years of Elementary Education experience.  I joined IFA in the summer of 2024. 

I have a huge heart for kids and the outdoors, and I'm am so excited to combine these by being a part of the wonderful Indigo Forest Academy team as the two year old Assistant Teacher!

Hi!  I'm so happy to be here at IFA!  I come with a wildly varied background, but all of my careers have centered around people and/or nature.

I hold a BA in Liberal Studies, emphasis Humanities, and an MA in Community Counseling.  My careers have included being a therapist working primarily with youth at community mental health facilities and for the State of Idaho, a recreational therapist at a boarding school, the program manager of a therapeutic horseback riding program, an assistant teacher focusing on reading and art, a track coach, a horseback riding instructor, a horse trainer and so many other things!

The outdoors is my happy place and I'm excited to bring my backgrounds of nature, therapy and teaching together to help IFA build resilient, healthy young learners.

When not at IFA, I might be found at the beach, on a horse, reading a book, crafting, gardening, raising chickens, exercising, doing yoga, petting my many furry and feathered companions, or seeking out nature adventures with my young daughter, a thriving student at Wild Forest Academy!
